Every year, Paris Fashion Week pulls out all the stops with showstopping runways. Celebrities show up in style, models strut in unique looks, and new trends emerge throughout the week. This year, designers like Vescace, Dior, and many others were able to showcase their stunning collections. Additionally. many celebrities took this week as a way to display their best looks. 

Mt. Hebron senior Lucie Raynaud stated, “Zendaya’s bodysuit and matching blazer was so pleasing to look at. The entire outfit flowed and complemented each other so well. She also looked out of this world wearing it.” 

Not only did Normani and Zendaya show out, but other influencers such as Jaden Smith, Janet Jackson, Olivia Rodrigo, and many others made statements that week. 

“She is one of the best models to ever walk the runway and an icon in the fashion world,” said Mt. Hebron senior Olivia Kip when asked who she is most excited to see the model in the show. 

The Paris Fashion Week also saw many debuts from certain designers, including the Australian brand “Zimmerman.” 

“The looks at the Zimmerman Show were so eye-catching. The dress that Zu Haizhu wore was absolutely breathtaking,” stated Raynaud when asked what collections really sparked her attention. 

Alessandra Rich mixed it up with their ready-to-wear women’s couture collections. Although less flashy, these garments had heads turning. 

“Alessandra Rich’s Collection really caught my eye because it showcased pieces that I would enjoy wearing or try to create myself,” said Kip.  

More styles like these are getting new spotlights and inspiring the latest fashion trends.

Paris Fashion Week did not disappoint with the collections this year. There were many new and exciting trends on the runway, as well as some that are coming back. It is safe to say the designers went above and beyond.
